Skito Shoulder Bridge. Used to fill the pocket at the base of the withers and behind the scapula to mid back for horses with a pronounced shoulder pocket and prominent withers. Encased in black spandex, the foam inserts vary from 1/2" to 1 1/2" with the bottom and trailing edges tapered to reduce pressure lines. The most effective placement of the Shoulder Bridge is on top of a thin pad or directly against the horse with the tapered edges facing the animal (label up and toward the rear of the horse). $55.00
English Bridge. Used to fill in the dip in the center back to eliminate bridging. Encased in black spandex, the foam inserts vary from 1/2" to 1 1/2" thick. Front back and bottom edges are tapered to provide a transition without pressure lines. The most effective placement of the English Bridge is on top of a thin pad or directily against the horse with the tapered edges facing the animal. $45.00
Western Bridge. The Western Bridge Pad is cut larger than it's English cousin to accommodate the larger western tree. The Western Bridge pad is intended to fill the hollow at mid back, thus equalizing pressure the full length of the tree. Encased in black spandex, the foam inserts vary from 1/2" to 1 1/2" thick. Front back and bottom edges are tapered to provide an transition without pressure lines. The most effective placement of the Western Bridge is on top of a thin pad or directily against the horse with the tapered edges facing the animal. $55.00
Interpad. The Skito Interpad consists of two foam panels configured to the weight bearing area (bars or tree) of the saddle. The foam panels are enclosed in a spandex or quilted cover (shown). Access to the foam is enabled by a patented Velcro closure down the center of the cover. The Interpad should be placed under the saddle on a light to medium blanket or directly on the horses back under the blanket. Generic designs available are Dressage, Close Contact, All Purpose, Saddle Seat, Aussie, Barrel Racer, Western, and Endurance. Shims can be added to further re-contour your horses back. The upcharge is added to the $45 basic charge to reflect to total cost of each item. Cost is between $95 and $125
Many of these are in stock, but we cannot stock them all, so please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. Thank you. PFL Inc.
