What is your return policy?

•        You have 7 days from the time you receive your products to decide if they are what you wanted. 
•        After seven days, if you have not contacted us, they are considered non refundable.
•        Custom Ordered items are not refundable unless, after talking together, we come to an agreement that refund or exchange is an option.             
•        Custom Ordered Saddles can only be returned for an exchange or refund in new condition, and at a 20% discount. If there is any sign of use, the discount will be more reflecting the discount we will have to make to resell the saddle. We do not refund shipping.

What is considered Custom Ordered?

•  Out of the ordinary. If you need to call me because you cannot order it online, it is probably a custom order.  

Do You ship international? Yes.  

Yes. We need your full address to determine the shipping charges. At that time we will bill you through paypal for the extra shipping and after payment your product will ship, or you can cancel your order.

How do I find the Pommel (Gullet) Width I need?

Measure your Horses Withers by following the directions Here. Then order the size that closest matches your horse width. This includes all the Leather-Flex Saddle models by Kuda. Skito Pads and shims are ideal in making up for not so perfect matches.

Please do not be tempted to order a wider pommel to make "extra room" for shoulders. All this does is drop the Pommel down onto the shoulders. Remember, the bars on these saddles are not solid, only the pommel is. It is important to keep the pommel narrow enough to keep it up on the wither and above the shoulder. The shoulder will work under the flexible bars. If you have a hollowed out wither pocket or very large shoulders or a dip behind the withers, and your saddle falls down in front or is shoved back by the shoulders or bridges, you can shim the center back to lift the saddle up in front to take the pressure off the wither and shoulder because of these abnormalities. Ordering a wider Pommel will not fix these problems.

How do I measure my Kuda to find out the Seat Size?

 The Flex Trails and Premiers are measured from directly beind the Pommel to the center of the Cantle as pictured below.

How do I find out the Gullet Width of my Saddle?

It is difficult to measure your saddle accurately for gullet width, but I have worked out a way that works. The measurement you take will not be the actual Gullet Width, but is used to determine Gullet Width. Measure from side to side at the point where the pommel is sewn between the leather and the felt. 5 to 5 1/2" = Narrow    6 to 6 1/4" = Medium   6 1/2" = Wide  I do not have access to an extra wide saddle to measure this area so cannot give you that information. 

How long will it take for me to get the saddle I just ordered?

This depends on how many saddles have been ordered in front of you. As little as 4 weeks, and as many and 12 weeks. the average is about 8 weeks. I cannot make any guarantees on this time as I have no control of this. 

Do I have to pay for my saddle up front?

No, but I will charge you either a down payment or verify your CC for the whole amount. The rest will be charged to you when your saddle is ready to ship.
