What is your return policy?

         You have 7 days from the time you receive your products to decide if they are what you wanted. 

        After seven days, if you have not contacted us, they are considered non refundable.

        Custom Ordered items are not refundable unless, after talking together, we come to an agreement that refund or exchange is an option.             

       Custom Ordered Saddles can only be returned for an exchange or refund in new condition, and at a 20% discount. If there is any sign of use, the discount will be more reflecting the discount we will have to make to resell the saddle. We do not refund shipping.

What about excess shipping?

               If you buy more than one item and it loads up the shipping, don't fear, we always refund excess shipping.

Do You ship international? Yes, to Canada or Australia. 

               Yes, but you will be notified of the extra shipping charges. At that time you will be able to pay them and your product will ship, or you can cancel your order.
