What is your return policy?

•        We allow 7 days for you to decide if standard tack fits you and your horse. 
•        After seven days, if you have not contacted us, we consider the sale final and non refundable.

• An 80 % Refund will be given for new condition standard items. No refunds on obviously used items.

• All tack that is custom ordered will be assessed on an individual bases. If you aren't happy, lets talk. At least a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.              
• No shipping will be refunded.
   

What is considered Custom Ordered?

•  Out of the ordinary. If you need to call me because you cannot order it online, it is probably a custom order.  

Do You ship international? Yes.  

Yes. We need your full address to determine the shipping charges. At that time we will bill you through paypal for the extra shipping and after payment your product will ship, or you can cancel your order.

How do I find the Pommel (Gullet) Width I need?

Measure your Horses Withers by following the directions Here. Then order the size that closest matches your horse width. This measuring system is best used for short backed horses that the saddle needs to fit up over the withers. Skito Pads and shims are ideal in making up for not so perfect matches.

Please do not be tempted to order a wider pommel to make "extra room" for shoulders. All this does is drop the Pommel down onto the shoulders. If you have abnormalities such as hollowed out wither pockets or very large shoulders or a dip behind the withers, and your saddle falls down in front or is shoved back by the shoulders or if the saddle bridges, you can shim the center back to lift the saddle up in front, leveling the horses back to take the pressure off the wither and shoulder. Ordering a wider Pommel will not fix these problems.
